Blogger outsmarting itself

I wonder why Blogger (and other sites too) tries to be too smart and shows me the Blogger toolbar in Japanese?! When the blog I’m reading is in English! I just checked and it does it for any blog hosted on Blogger.

Okay, you detected my IP address. You figured out that I am in Japan and try serving me what you think is good for me.

The problem is that I don’t know the language. And it confuses & annoys the hell out of me to see that mix of English-Japanese. And the end result is a shitty user experience!

Basically you are reminding me of being a gaijin even when I’m browsing the non-Japanese web.
